As many may know, I’m one of Wheyhey protein ice cream’s official ‘chefs’ and create a healthy, protein packed recipe for their blog each month.
To celebrate them teaming up with Women’s Running 10K Series this year, I was invited to produce a recipe that was healthy, fun and vibrant – and of course, nutritionally balanced for a post run breakfast.
Chia seed pots with fruit plus a protein packed ‘ice cream’ topping are one of my current favourite breakfast options so it made sense to do a superfood-packed concoction!
