You may have seen that recently I collaborated with the super talented, lovely Clean Supper Club ladies to come up with some nutritious, delicious and easy breakfast recipes. Last time we went for warming, satisfying bowls of porridge; now we’re focusing on colourful, vibrant smoothie bowls with allll the toppings!

- Each recipe serves 1.
- Blend all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and pour into a bowl.
- Decorate as you wish and enjoy straight away!
Blueberry & Beetroot Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 4 tbsp frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp Nature’s Heart Omega 3 Superpowder (acai, sacha inchi & coconut)
- 1 tsp Indigo Herbs beetroot powder
- 1 handful soaked cashews
- 1 dessert spoonful soaked chia seeds
- Splash Rebel Kitchen whole mylk
Toppings : Blueberries, Coco Fina coconut chips, chopped cashew nuts, spoonful of soaked chia seeds, Nature’s Charm cacao nibs, sprinkling of beetroot powder
Mango & Turmeric Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- ¾ fresh mango
- 1 banana
- Juice of ½ lime juice
- Heaped tbsp That Protein ‘Happy Happy Hemp Baobab Powder’
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 heaped tsp Nature’s Heart Vitalising Superpowder (goldenberry, turmeric & coconut)
- ¼ cup of oats
- Splash of Almond Breeze Nutri+Calcium milk
Toppings: Homemade granola, fresh mango, Coco Fina coconut chips, lime slices, Nature’s Heart cacao nibs
Cacao & Orange Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- ½ avocado
- ½ orange
- 1 banana
- 1 heaped tsp of Whole Earth peanut butter
- 1 heaped dessertspoon cacao powder
- 1 tbsp That Protein ‘I Heart Pumpkin’ powder
- 125 ml Rebel Kitchen Chocolate mylk
Toppings: Sweet Freedom Choc Shot Orange Spice, Whole Earth Foods peanut butter dollop, Nature’s Heart cacao covered goldenberries, cacao nibs, slices of orange, chocolate
