I’m a big fan of dessert-based bites you can make whip up, make ahead and have to hand when you want something sweet – whether that’s after dinner or any time of day. An oat base made with minimal ingredients, topped with a low-fat yogurt and berry mixture plus a cheeky feature of the new Bliss Yogurt & Strawberry bar, this recipe is so easy to create and feels like a proper treat.
Ingredients:
For the base –
- 90g oats
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons almond or oat milk
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
For the yogurt topping –
- 300g thick 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons sweetener
- 70g frozen fruits
- 1-2 Bliss Yogurt & Strawberry Whip Bars, chopped
- Pink sprinkles
Make them!
- Mix together the oats, syrup, milk and nut butter to come together to form a flapjack mixture. Press into the bases of 6 silicone muffin molds then set aside.
- Mix together the yogurt, sweetener and berries then spoon over each base and fill to the top.
- Place a few chunks of the Bliss bar on top then add some pink sprinkles on top. Freeze for at least 2 hours, then pop out of the freezer and enjoy!
