You’ve got to love a breakfast that: 1) you can grab out of the fridge with zero effort and it’s ready waiting, 2) it tastes so indulgent (but still kinda healthy) that it’s like having dessert first thing, 3) it’s high in protein and full of alllll the goodness to keep you full and satisfied all morning, 4) you can make as little or as much as you want in terms of portions – you could double the recipe and have this ready for 6 mornings a week!! So here we go, enjoy folks.
Ingredients:
- 70g oats
- 2 scoops salted caramel protein powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sweetener
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- 200ml oat milk
For the topping –
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 30g white chocolate
- ½ x PhD Nutrition Smart Brownie Bar, sliced up
- Chopped nuts, to sprinkle
Make them!
- Mix together the oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, peanut butter and milk then divide between 3 x individual ramekin dishes to fill to almost the top.
- Melt the coconut oil and white chocolate then pour over each pot to cover and almost reach the top.
- Arrange a few slices of the brownie bar on top then sprinkle over nuts. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight – then enjoy the next morning!
