I can’t tell you how easy and simple yet utterly delicious these high protein snacks are – perfect to grab straight from the fridge! A winner for the whole household and ideal to enjoy at any time of day. Feel free to swap dark chocolate for white chocolate for a slightly sweeter twist!

Ingredients:

  • 60g coconut flour
  • 30g almond or oat flour
  • 2 scoops salted caramel protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons smooth nut butter
  • 6 tablespoons oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 75g dark chocolate
  • Chopped pistachios 

Make them!

  1. Mix together the flours, protein powder, syrup, nut butter and oat milk until the mixture comes together.
  2. DIvide into 9 pieces and roll into balls. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt the coconut oil and chocolate. Spoon over each protein ball then sprinkle over some chopped pistachios on top.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set – then enjoy!
