If you love brownies, caramel and popcorn…Well, I have news for you. I’ve collaborated with the wonderful NOM FOODS brand to create a recipe using their delicious Maple Cinnamon Popcorn (also available in Simply Salted, Tomato & Pesto and Salted Maple).
As a huge popcorn fan, I love the fact that theirs is organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, suitable for vegans and is made with wholegrain corn and extra virgin coconut oil. As much as I love eating it straight from the bag, I thought it would make an ideal crunchy topping paired with these delicious fudgey brownies drizzled with a caramel sauce. They taste much naughtier than they are, making them an ideal #InduglingInnocently treat!
